This is the third iteration of my blog. I started the first version while living in Malaysia for 6 years. I was inspired by Timm Breyel and his blog (see the links site). I found it useful and interesting.
When we came home to New Zealand, I created a new blog - Mangawhai DXer as that was where we were living.
We have now finally come home to West Melton in Canterbury. For those who do not know, West Melton is a small settlement about 15 minutes west of Christchurch on the main road to the West Coast. We live 5 km (3 miles) west of there on a lifestyle block. I have been able to erect a couple of 5 metre EWE antennae and have begun listening to the world.
Unfortunately MW DX is not great, but SW is not bad at all, so there is plenty to keep me going.
I will add information to this site as and when it comes to hand.
